Attention!
Chrome 91 breaks Binance Wallet Extension Ledger support. If you updated Chrome to 91.0.4472.77, you'll need to upgrade your BEW to the latest.
Since v1.121.1, Binance Wallet Extension is released with Ledger Nano S and X support
What you need:
Up to date Chrome or Firefox installed
Binance Wallet Extension v1.21.1 or later installed
Binance Wallet Extension should already have initialized with an account

Your first step is to plug your Ledger into your computer. Ensure it powers on and then input the pin you chose when setting up your ledger.
For BSC network usage, select and open the Ethereum Application. If you haven't installed Ethereum Application, please read this guide
For BC network usage, select and open the Binance Chain Application.
Enabling contract data for BEP20. The first item in the settings menu is “Contract Data”. Push down both buttons to select it. Once you have set your ledger up like this the first time, you won’t have to do it again each time you want to use it with Binance Wallet Extension.
Open Binance Chain Extension Wallet and select "Binance Smart Chain" network
Choose "Hardware Wallet" in Settings.
Choose HD Path and Select an address. Then, click on "Unlock"
Open Binance Chain Extension Wallet and select "Binance Chain" network
Choose "Hardware Wallet" in Settings.
Select an address, Then, click on "Unlock"
7. Finally, you can see a new account with LEDGER

Connect Ledger and open the Ethereum Application
Submit a transaction
3.Review and sign this transaction on Ledger
